Program Overview

The Black & Brown Founders (BBF) Ambassador Program is a leadership and community engagement initiative designed to empower passionate individuals to represent, promote, and advance the mission of Black & Brown Founders.

BBF Ambassadors serve as advocates, connectors, educators, and community champions who help increase awareness of BBF programs, recruit entrepreneurs, engage supporters, attract donors, build partnerships, and strengthen local entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Through leadership development, networking opportunities, training, and community impact initiatives, Ambassadors become an extension of the BBF mission while building their own personal and professional brands.

Mission

To mobilize a diverse network of leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, small business owners, and community advocates who are committed to supporting Small Business Owners and advancing economic opportunity through entrepreneurship, education, access to capital, and community collaboration.

Vision

To create a nationwide network of BBF Ambassadors who help build thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems that increase business ownership, financial literacy, wealth creation, and economic mobility in underserved communities.

Program Objectives

The BBF Ambassador Program will:

Increase Awareness

Promote BBF programs, services, events, and initiatives.

Expand Community Engagement

Connect entrepreneurs, business owners, community leaders, and supporters to BBF resources.

Support Fundraising Efforts

Assist with donor outreach, sponsorship recruitment, and fundraising campaigns.

Grow Membership

Help recruit entrepreneurs, volunteers, mentors, and strategic partners.

Promote Economic Empowerment

Advance entrepreneurship, financial literacy, business development, and wealth-building initiatives.

Strengthen Partnerships

Build relationships with corporations, nonprofits, government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
